  1. Sounds like a fun idea…as long as the weather is above zero, count us in!

    • Since when does below zero stop you and the pack?

      • Bailie can’t be out that long in the cold as her full fur is still growing in and lately we have -20+ wind chills which make it unsafe. We have had to do 20 min walks most days the past week but by January who knows how Bailie will be. When it is below zero, we do our longer walk around noon when it is warmer with the sunshine but never fear, we will figure something out.

  2. This sounds like fun! We live in a rural area so we never have any pet expos around, so a virtual one is perfect for us! Looking forward to it!

    • Glad that you can participate. Please tell your friends. Maybe you can even get a small group together on Jan 4 for the mutt-a-thon!

  3. Hi Everyone! This is Awesome…Change your Range, with a New Year’s Fitness Resolution for you and your dog! We will be teaming up at our New, Canine~Gym Day Care and Fitness Center in Easthampton, MA for this Virtual Mutt-A-Thon. We are weather resistant and will be there with our PAWS-on!

    • Excellent!

  4. I went running with my dog yesterday at 6am and it was sweltering, so 9am on the 4th won’t be safe for our boys. Will need to be out and about earlier, but it will be fun.

    • No worries – do it when the timing is right for your weather conditions!

  5. Won’t be doing it at nine am we are getting groomed but later in the day for sure

    • No worries. Just get out and do the 1/2 hour whenever you can!

  6. Sounds like an amazing event. Joined it on FB, tried to register here… but received no confirmation email and can’t log in?

    • Check your email. We sent you some info on your account which we hope will get you started.

  10. Ducky and I will be joining, somehow, even if we have to walk around the yard. I need to keep Callie’s brisk walking to 15 minutes at a time, and since Shadow is the third — but not least — part of our little trio, her time is the same as Callie’s. I still have to figure out how I’m going to manage this, but I will find a way.

    • All we ask is that you do the best you can. We’re going to have to cut Maggie’s time down too now that her arthritis has flared up.
